Keratoprosthetics

The Keratoprosthetics track focuses on advancements in artificial corneal implants designed to restore vision in patients with severe corneal opacity and other corneal disorders. This track invites submissions on innovative materials, surgical techniques, and long-term outcomes associated with keratoprosthesis implantation. Researchers are encouraged to explore the challenges of biocompatibility, device integration, and the management of complications. Clinical studies evaluating the efficacy of various keratoprosthetic designs and patient quality of life are also welcomed. By fostering collaboration among ophthalmic surgeons and researchers, this track aims to advance the field of corneal reconstruction and improve patient care.
